
Engaging Content
Content is the backbone of every brand, marketing strategy, and purchase decision.
Goal: Instruct new users on how they should use the product, and suggesting additional features they may not have known about in an effort to increase time spent within the product.
CTA: There were a variety of CTA’s used to increase conversion rates, but primarily the push was to get people to try key features and to encourage users to sign up for the free trial.
Method: Each day for a week after downloading would trigger a new email, and a new topic to inform, welcome, or discuss with new members.
